Tasty homemade healthy fudge

?So today I made home made fudge, Purely because I woke up with the craving.

I usually head out to the store for something yummy, or make a smoothie… Because it’s easy, and my nutribullet does all the work.

But lately I have been inspired by all the wonderful creatives who are developing healthy treats in their own kitchens, and I thought… Why not try my  hand at the domestic skills too…

For those of you who know me, you will know that my hubby is the number chef in the family… And the nutribullet probably takes second place…  Leaving me the roles of tea maker, and dish washer! 😉

So I can promise you that this little recipe is really easy… And the bonus is that it is loaded with all the  good stuff too..

130ml coconut oil

300ml oat flour

200ml almond flour

40ml macadamia nut butter

40ml almond nut butter

( you could always use 80ml of peanut butter instead )

2 Tablespoons: Agave sugar or Maple syrup or honey

2ml vanilla essence

4 Table spoons Raw cacao nibs

4 Tablespoons dessicatted coconut

A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

A pinch of cinnamon

Melt the coconut oil and the nut butters in a bowl, add your choice of agave, honey or maple syrup, add in the vanilla essence.

Sieve the remaining dry ingredients into the bowl, mix until all blended.

Press and flatten mixture into an airtight container.

pop it in the fridge to cool for a few hours.

Cut into squares, and enjoy…..
