A week ago, we welcomed the most beautiful baby boy into the world… naturally! No drugs, no trauma just a calm, beautiful natural birth, where my body did what it was made to do. I knew I wanted to achieve this for my baby and I from the beginning of my pregnancy which lead me to Dr Megan Medina. Megan runs the most incredible hypnobirthing/antenatal workshops for parents to be. Her calm, dynamic way of educating us how to achieve our dream birth with hypno techniques even kept my husband interested during a World Cup Cricket game! I highly recommend Megan’s workshops, it’s not just a workshop, it’s all the support and care during your pregnancy as well as after. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Meg, we’ve loved our journey with you so far.
Megan’s childbirth education class does so much more than prepare you for birth – it is a wonderful way to connect and bond with your baby and partner.
The hypnobirthing techniques have been immensely useful tools during pregnancy, the birth and as a new mom.
Megan creates a supportive, nurturing and open space for future parents to feel connected and empowered in their decisions and I would highly recommend doing her childbirth education course.
This year I gave birth to my second son, Max. He was a scheduled Caesarian, however, he came early, without complications as a natural birth. I do believe this is due to the conversations I had with Dr. Medina in which we discussed my fears with natural birth and feelings of guilt surrounding my first birth.
